Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

LoomImage is designed for lawful ecommerce image and commercial visual workflows. To protect users, payment processing, and third-party rights, this policy explains prohibited and restricted use cases.

LoomImage blocks NSFW, face-swap, deepfake, and infringing generation requests. Commercial usage remains subject to your own rights clearance.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Nudity, pornography, sexualized imagery, undressing, suggestive poses, adult-cover styles, or any other NSFW content
• Any sexualized, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content involving minors
• Face-swap, deepfake, impersonation of real people, fake celebrity endorsements, or misleading edits of persons
• Illegal, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, extremist, violent, weapons-related, drug-related, or otherwise high-risk unlawful content
• Infringing content, including unauthorized brand assets, trademarks, copyrighted works, packaging, likenesses, and trade secrets
• Attempts to bypass safety filters, probe NSFW capabilities, stress-test moderation, or evade risk controls

3. Your Responsibilities

• Upload only assets that you own or are authorized to use
• Review outputs yourself before commercial use, publishing, printing, or listing
• Comply with marketplace, ad-network, intellectual-property, and privacy rules

4. Enforcement

We apply automated and human review to requests, uploads, and outputs. If we detect a violation, we may refuse generation, remove content, freeze credits, restrict accounts, cancel subscriptions, or cooperate with legal and payment-risk investigations where necessary.

5. Appeals and Contact

If you believe a block or enforcement action was applied incorrectly, contact us with your account email, request time, and order ID if applicable.
