1. Service Description

LoomImage provides LoomImage, an online software service for ecommerce image workflows. LoomImage helps you plan and generate hero, scene, selling-point, and detail images from product assets you upload.

LoomImage is an independent workflow product built on top of third-party AI models, including Nano Banana variants. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the model providers.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information and remain responsible for activity under your account. You must keep your login credentials secure and may not share your account or use automation or abuse to bypass platform limits.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only use LoomImage for lawful uses where you have the necessary rights. You may not use the service to generate, upload, request, or distribute any of the following:

Pornographic, nude, sexually suggestive, minor-related, or otherwise NSFW content
Face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, or misleading edits of real people
Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights
Illegal, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, violent, or deceptive marketing material

See the Acceptable Use Policy for fuller restrictions. If we determine that your request or content violates our rules, we may refuse processing, remove content, freeze credits, suspend subscriptions, or terminate your account.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

LoomImage offers one-time credit packs and auto-renewing subscriptions. Pricing, credit amounts, and purchase limits are governed by what is shown on the purchase page. Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record, and taxes, receipts, and billing flows are handled through Creem.

One-time credits are added after successful payment and do not expire unless explicitly stated otherwise
Subscriptions renew automatically by billing cycle and credits are granted under the current subscription rules
You can open the billing portal inside the product to manage subscriptions, update payment methods, or cancel renewal

5. Refunds and Billing Disputes

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, actual usage, and applicable law. Consumed credits, delivered digital services, and losses caused by misuse are generally not refundable.

6. User Content and IP

You retain rights in the materials you upload and the resulting outputs, provided you had the rights to use the underlying materials in the first place. You grant us a limited license to process that content as needed to provide, improve, troubleshoot, and protect the service.

7. Availability and Disclaimers

AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain interpretation errors, visual defects, style drift, or content that is unsuitable for your commercial review process. You must review all outputs yourself before publishing, advertising, or printing them.

8. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access if you violate these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the law, or if your activity exposes us to fraud, infringement, payment disputes, or platform safety risks.
